Our service is highly efficient, with valuation reports being completed as early as two days after property inspection. Additionally, we have a quality assurance program to ensure our staff and Valuers are always operating at the highest industry standard.

As a full-service valuation company, we aim to fulfill the property valuation requirements of all our clients, no matter the complexity. We provide a wide range of property valuation services across all property types. This includes residential, commercial, and industrial property valuations, and encompasses many specific valuation report types.

Both our team of property Valuers and our administration staff are provided with an environment that encourages professional growth. At Territory Valuers, our property valuers are all accredited by the Australian Property Institute (API) and are Certified Practising Valuers (CPVs) with a minimum of 20 years of industry experience. They also hold AVI or RICS qualifications, ensuring a comprehensive and well-rounded expertise. With ongoing professional development that keeps them current with the latest industry practices, our team’s extensive experience, continuous learning, and local market knowledge make Territory Valuers unmatched as industry front runners.
